Returns

Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If in the unlikely event your CD's arrive damaged in any way please return them with a note and we will replace them immediately. For the protection of copyright only faulty items are returnable. Any item received faulty must be advised within 14 days and returned with the receipt.

We do not suggest the self hypnosis programmes will work for everyone all the time, and do not offer any guarantees to this effect. However they do work for most people most of the time. You can purchase our CD's with the knowledge that the quality and effectiveness of each recording is second to none. Do not use Deep Self Hypnosis CD'S while driving or using machinery. If in any doubt, please consult your health care practitioner before use.

We mail all orders in plain sealed padded bags, or small plain cardboard boxes for larger orders.
